Contact support
Email david@tiptoptechknowlogy.com
Include your verified account email, business/workspace name, the step that failed and any job or report reference shown. A redacted screenshot or the exact error message can help. Never send a password, sign-in code, secret key, full payment-card number or raw customer evidence.
Email is the support channel. There is no guaranteed response time or round-the-clock incident response unless your agreement specifically includes it. If you suspect an active compromise, contact your IT/security provider promptly and restrict the affected provider access.
Before connecting or buying
Aevyra assesses the supported evidence available from the services you authorize. AWS approval requires permission to create the workspace evidence role. Microsoft checks require the relevant tenant permissions, administrator consent where needed and licenses for the selected capabilities. Provider subscriptions and cloud charges are separate from Aevyra pricing.
A connection alone does not mean every resource or issue type can be checked. Review the report's coverage and missing-information sections. Aevyra gives assessment guidance; it does not automatically repair your services or guarantee that your business is secure.
- Connect AWS: approval, existing stacks and access review
- How to use Aevyra and understand a report
- Evidence needed for additional checks
- Plans, included systems and assessment runs
If sign-in or collection fails
- Use the verification or password-reset email requested from Aevyra. Check your spam folder; request a new link if it expired.
- For cloud connections, confirm the provider account or tenant, allow the approval window, and review the requested permissions with an authorized administrator.
- For AWS, let the approved CloudFormation stack finish before returning. If the stack already exists, follow the AWS guide rather than creating repeated stacks.
- Review the failed source and its error. Resume the saved assessment when possible; do not repeatedly start new runs. Additional runs can consume your allowance.
- If a required source failed, resolve it before treating the report as complete. Missing evidence is not a pass.
Disconnect, cancel or delete: choose the right action
| Your goal | What to do |
|---|---|
| Stop cloud access | Revoke Aevyra's role or consent in AWS/Microsoft with your administrator. Also disconnect in the workspace if available, or ask support to stop the saved connection. Existing reports remain. Read access-revocation details. |
| Stop future subscription renewals | Sign in and use Manage billing, then follow the cancellation option. Confirm the end date. Scheduled cancellation preserves access for the paid period. If the portal is unavailable, email support from your verified account before renewal and retain our acknowledgment. Disconnecting AWS/Microsoft alone does not cancel billing. |
| Export or remove saved information | Email support from your verified account, identify the workspace and specify export, deletion or account closure. We verify authority and explain applicable retention and backup limitations. Canceling billing alone does not delete data. Read retention and deletion details. |
Billing questions
After paying, allow time for signed payment confirmation. Do not buy a second subscription while activation is pending. Manage billing provides the available invoice and payment-method controls. For an incorrect charge, cancellation problem or refund request, email support with the invoice reference; never send card details. Refund requests are handled under your accepted agreement and applicable rights, not an automatic refund promise.
Report a security concern privately
Email david@tiptoptechknowlogy.com with a short description and a safe way to contact you. Do not include live credentials or private evidence. We can agree a safer exchange method if more detail is needed. This contact is for Aevyra service concerns; it is not an emergency response service for your own systems.
